At Duckhandmade, we take pride in our artisanal craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your handmade item isn't quite right, we offer returns and exchanges on all unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your item in its original packaging, ensuring all tags and artisanal certificates are included to avoid damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned piece, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
